Can I purchase a trailer directly from the factory?

Generally no. Felling Trailers, Inc. uses a large network of dealers to retail its trailers to the general public.

Can I get pricing from the factory?

To a degree. The factory will often quote the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Your dealer also has the MSRP for each model. They will also be able to quote freight, prep, and local taxes (if applicable).

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, and Visa or Mastercard.

Will I be charged tax?

On trailers that require registration with the governing Department of Motor Vehicles, you pay applicable taxes when you register the trailer. On trailers that do not require registration, you will be charged applicable taxes at the time of purchase.

How much weight can I tow?

The total amount of weight you can tow depends not only on the trailer but the tow vehicle and the installed trailer hitch. The easiest and best way is to check your vehicle owners manual for the recommended maximum trailer load and compare it with the rating of your trailer hitch.

What is the correct height of my tow ball?

The tow ball on any towing vehicle should be 18" to 21" off the ground to the center line of the tow ball.
