I don't have access to water where I am working, do I still have to clean my rental items before I return them?

Yes. To avoid being assessed a Cleaning Charge, all rental items must be returned in the same condition as they were received by the customer.

Do I have to refuel a piece of equipment I rented?

Possibly. All equipment is sent out full of fuel. In some cases, especially small engines, we charge a fixed flat-rate fuel charge and you don't have to worry about bringing the item back full. In most cases, especially larger equipment, you are responsible for fueling before the item is returned.

Should I reserve equipment ahead of time?

Yes. We highly recommend making a reservation as soon as you have a firm idea of when you would like to rent an item. There is no obligation and no penalty or fee for cancelling a reservation. Having an advanced reservation allows us to make sure that your equipment is in top working condition for you, and helps ensure that the item will not already be rented to another party when you need it.

I need to cancel a rental reservation I made... will I be charged?

No. There are no charges for cancelling a reservation.
