I can't transport large equipment. Can you deliver equipment I rent from you?

Yes. We can deliver any equipment in our inventory. Please see our Delivery section for rates and details.

Do I have to be present at the time of delivery?

If you have visited our store in person to arrange your rental, have paid in full, received training on the operation of the equipment, signed the rental contract, and taken possession of any keys and manuals for the equipment, you are not required to be present for delivery. Otherwise you are required to be on site at delivery to sign your contract and take care of any other administrative requirements.

Do I have to be present at the time of pick-up?

No. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, you do not have to be present when we pick up equipment from your site.

I don't have access to 30 gallons of diesel fuel at my job site. Do I still have to fuel the equipment before it's picked up?

Yes. Unfueled equipment will be fueled enroute to our Rental Center on the return leg of the pick-up; and you will be charged a fuel surcharge and the cost of fuel.

When can I expect my equipment to arrive or be picked up?

When you make your reservation for equipment that includes a delivery evolution, you will be provided a window, normally +- 2 hours around your desired delivery time. We always make every effort to deliver or pick up your equipment as close to your desired time as possible; however, delays and changes in our delivery schedule for any given day are sometimes unavoidable.
